What is bullying
A bully is someone who tries to hurt, control, or silence another person — often using fear, cruelty, or exclusion to do so. Bullying can show up in many different forms:
-
Name-calling, teasing, or mocking
-
Spreading rumors
-
Pushing, hitting, or threatening
-
Intentionally ignoring or excluding someone
-
Using phones or social media to harass (cyberbullying)
But here’s something important to remember: Bullying is never your fault.
It’s not about who you are — it’s about the bully trying to gain power in the wrong way.
How Do You Conquer a Bully?
With Self-Love.
You don’t need to fight hate with more hate.
You conquer bullying by building something stronger: self-love.
Self-love gives you the power to:
-
Know your worth, even when others try to tear you down
-
Stand up and speak out for yourself and others
-
Choose kindness, even when others don’t
-
Walk away from negativity with your head held high
-
Believe that you deserve love, respect, and peace
Self-love is your shield. Your strength. Your superpower. Never give away your superpower, and once you learn to walk in your superpower, no bully can ever take away your light.
